Studio Co!Lab Talks
The Studio Co!Lab Talks program is put together from opportunities given to our Studio Co!Lab members and creative partners throughout the year or previous year, presented as topics, themes and issues of interest to those with art practices in Regional NSW. The talks are free, one hour and moderated by an Orana Arts team member or guest. Studio Talks are presentations by artists and organisations we work with, hosted by Orana Arts but not facilitated by us. We provide the platform for these talks but we do not set the topics or influence the content of what is discussed.
Regional Futures: An Entangled Existence
WEDNESDAY 13 NOVEMBER 12PM ON ZOOM (our last talk for 2024)
Join 7 of the Regional Futures artists from this all female exhibition at The Bas (Eurobodalla Shire, Moruya) for an online facilitated panel discussion about the role art places in better understanding the complex issues affecting our collective future in Regional Australia. The artists in the Regional Futures: An Entangled Existence exhibition will share how they explored the issues behind their work and how they think the conversation needs to move forward to create a future where we all might thrive.
The artists are Jane Richens (Dungog), Joanne Stead (Tamworth), Tania Hartigan (Wallabadah), Laura Baker (Blayney), Anna Glynn (Jaspers Brush), Tracy Luff (Goulburn) and Kim V. Goldsmith (Dubbo).
This FREE, moderated online panel event is part of the public program for the exhibition at The Bas, 26 October - 23 November.
